But yeah, there was that and also the fact that there was no rhyme or reason to them. Now I know why some shelving systems are a little repetitive. (:
But I liked your 19 'to-read' shelves! Yes... I countedI must agree though, that often they get quite repetitive. And realistically, the shelves that you aren't going to refer back to don't really serve a purpose

hero-wants-to-be-edward-cullen is one of the new ones. ;)
I've given shelving a lot of thoughts b/c GR does not allow nesting shelves, nor Boolean sorting (most inconvenient). In hindsight redundant tags are ALWAYS better than not making enough tags -- cause seriously, you wanna go thru all your books to find all those that take place in Germany? Better dig in your Europe pile than the alternative.Just saying
See if these thoughts could spark a brainstorm (cause my OCD wants to go to the parade):
There are tags about hard facts (time, place, genre ...etc), and tags about your opinion (how you rate the story, the writer, the style, the pace, the believability ..) I try to create tags with prefixes that act as effective nesting. It definitely gets cumbersome!
What are your thoughts?
