Considering a Blog Tour

I'm trying to decide if I should do a blog tour now or wait a few more months until my second book has been released. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to message me. I've checked out some tour hosts and they all look the same to me. I'm open to suggestions and recommendations, though.

Hopefully, the pollen will get washed away soon and I can get back to writing. It's almost impossible to focus with a nagging headache.
