I just added the details for my next book release, Seamless, a very short and humorous story coming out through Breathless Press May 21st. The story is only 2k+ but I have just been requested to do the sequel for Bridgette and Geoff's blossoming and awkward romance.
But, first I need to keep my mind set on the Victorian era and all things that go clink, whirr, and whoosh with the Cleis press anthology call I'm determined to write. It's half done nd the hard part might be shortening it so it fits within the maximum length.

I agree that the hardest part of writing a story is shortening it to fit the length specified. After the tightening and rephrasing then decisions much be made about the body of the story. Will it be just as good without all of those fingers and toes? or hands and feet?
