Today I had the pleasure of being interviewed live on BNN’s The Close. I wish to thank BNN for the interview. I thought it went well. However, I need to set the record straight. There were 2 graphics that popped-up on the lower edge of the screen that were incorrect.
One claimed “Greedometer predicts a 60% collapse in the S&P500 by July”. I have no idea how BNN came by that position. Let me clarify. It is my position -as supported by the Greedometer- that the S&P500 will top-out in April-May this year, then collapse 65-70% over the ensuing 1.5 years.
Similarly, there was another graphic that said “Greedometer calling for market collapse before August 2013″. Again. NO! 2013 is a topping-out year. The S&P500 is likely to peak in April-May setting a new high, then take a small breather and climb back nearly as high again in July. What follows is a long collapse with increasingly larger dips.
BNN has assured me they will delete or otherwise correct the comments on the video.
