Mango-Pomogranite Salad

Baby Greens


1/2 mango, sliced


1/2 avacado, sliced


1/4 cup pomogranite seeds


1/4 cup pecan pieces


Dressing:


1/2 lemon, juiced


pomogranite vinegar, drizzle


jalapeno olive oil, drizzle


beau monde, sprinkle


celery seeds, sprinkle


sea salt, to taste


fresh ground pepper, to taste


Layer ingredients in a large bowl, starting with the lettuce, and ending with the olive oil. Toss well. Serves 2.
