Quick Question
Totally out of the blue, but I have two questions about author promotional items.
1. What's the best promotional item you ever received from an author? (My most used favorites are a cat food can cover I got from Linda Lael Miller and a jar opener from Geri Krotow. My other favorites include a shot glass from Jacquelyn Frank.)
2. Do you enjoy the smaller items like bookmarks and pens? As in, do you use them or toss them?

I would just be soooo happy with a demon duck to put beside the Demonica series on my bookshelf! Just sayin :)

I too received a rubbery jar opener thing and I use it all the time. Little bottles of hand sanitizer are good too. I might keep a pen or bookmarker. Those little white mints that melt in your mouth are nice.
I like those jar opener things too. but I have a couple. I'm a total pen hoarder and love and use those. I also like bookmarkers.
Book marks and coffee mugs. I've always got both close to me, and carry them with me also. A good conversation starter also
Pens, bookmarks - and I definitely with Amy on the Demon Duckie - that would be major...
I agree with Amy and Chichimo - the Demon Duckie would be way cute to go with your books! I love shot glasses too, collect them from all over.
