The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in Washington, DC is distributing cards that say that CONDOMS CANNOT BE USED AS EVIDENCE and they are educating police and prosecutors about this. This is what the front of the card looks like! Can’t believe we’re saying this, but - go MPD! NYPD needs to get in line.
