Price Change on Tiger's Curse

I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that Tiger's Curse is finished with its updates and the books are available for purchase on Amazon again at its new price of $17.35. They will not let me lower it any more than that. Sorry. I think it should be $9.99 but it's better than it was. Quest should be going off-line any time now for updates as well and then will come back with a cheaper price.

The bad news is that it appears that Create Space (the publishing company that merged with Booksurge) is not set up to do kindle at this time. My rep there said they plan to add it back into their services but they don't know when. Those of you who are Kindle readers may want to write them and let them know they need to get busy on that so you can get Voyage too. Go to www.createspace.com then scroll to the bottom of the page and click contact us. Maybe if enough of you write in about it, they'll bump it up on their priority list.

I also wanted to give a shout out to Ms. Anderson's class in New Hampshire, who were the first brave volunteers willing to listen to a new author talk about her books. They asked many insightful questions, were full of giggles, and agree unanimously that John Abraham would make a good Ren.

Joanna Good luck getting that back up on Kindle. (The only Kindle I have is on my computer, but I don't hardly read books on my computer, namely 'cause I look at a computer enough on a daily basis as it is.) Happy, though, that at least you were able to get the price down by about...$6/$7 bucks-ish. =) I'm sure I'll get down to $9.99 as you want, but sadly not when you want it. : (
It'll happen when it's meant to happen.

Ya know I can't remember the last time I read a hard copy book,I donated all of my old books to the library years ago. It's just soooo much more convenient to have an e-reader by the bed,on the beach,by the lake,etc... such as a Kindle where you can have 100's of books available at the touch of a button, not to mention the paper it saves.I'm really quite dissapointed that they will not have a Kindle version of "Tiger's Voyage"Although when I wrote them they said it was up the the author to make the book available as a kindle version through Amazon?

Colleen Houck Yep, they like to scramble that way. When fans contacted them about the smooshed lines in the printed version they said the author intended that and wouldn't replace the books or fix the lines, sigh. Technically, it's possible for me to put it into Kindle on my own but it wouldn't look pretty. They did it before, modified my files, made it so you can jump to chapters, put in all the fancy stuff, encrypted it, etc. If I could jump the technological hoops myself I would have done it and saved myself the money to have them do it. I know they'll offer the service again since they are an Amazon company but I don't want my fans to wait too long.

Colleen, A little off the subject my apologies but I just found the perfect "Ren" Hrithik Roshan he is exactly how I picture him in my head, you have to take a look at this handsome dare I say "Hot" guy and consider him for the role as "Ren"

Lori Thanks for the good news and the bad news. There are so many different aspects to publishing a book. I had no idea. I looked up a picture of Hrithik Roshan, and he is quite a hunk...and I'm a grandmother! He is how I picture Ren's brother! I picture Ren a little shorter and with softer features for some reason. Not feminine, but not so many hard angles to the face as this Hrithik guy. I'm glad the books don't have pictures in them, I like to make my own vision of the places and charaters, etc from the discriptions in the books.
