Well, actually, there’s nothing wrong with this picture.  The picture itself, I mean.  Except what is up with that fingernail?  But I digress.

Interesting news arrived today along with the new postal rates, up again this year to $0.44.  Seems that postal workers got the highest percentage hike in salary in the country.  Apparently losing billions of dollars - $2.8 last year and already $2.6 so far this year - did not dissuade the powers that be from giving postal workers a 23% pay hike.  No,
