State of the Nation Address 2013
The State of the Nation address (SONA) will be delivered by President Jacob Zuma on the evening of Thursday, 14 February 2013. He is under pressure from opposition parties to address corruption. Zapiro's cartoon shows Zuma the giver and the receiver using the State's coffers.
