Chapter 28 "Judgement Day":

The authorities around the world have committed some truly awful offences against vulnerable children. The people in power who do nothing to stop this are reckless, irresponsible, corrupt and spineless. They dishonour millions of people around the world who paid the ultimate sacrifice for upholding the virtues of democracy, human rights and the rule of law. They make millions of people's lives a misery. They allow our children to be harmed for their own interests. They continue to endanger us all.
