Jumping Ship: Will switching genres sink your writing vessel?

Maddie I don't think that switching genres would sink your writing vessel unless you completely stopped writing novels in your previous genre. If you continued writing both, I think it would be fair game!

Some more close-minded straight readers might look askance at your gay novels, but I don't think most of the people who read your gay novels would care too much if you wrote a female main character. They might not read it (although I would), but I don't think they'd mind.

Maddie You can do it! I think your writing speaks for itself more than just your name, so I think that people would enjoy it just as much! :)

Or you could just go with the Hungarian porn star name :P That could be interesting. I think taking your time is definitely a good thing. Especially because since you'd be starting over completely there are no expectations hanging over your head. Good luck!
