I don't know where Amazon get's the price from, but it's definitely not $0,99. It $3,44...

Or maybe you are looking at the paperback version? There will be a print version available for order in January, and it is priced at $3.99 - but the digital version should be $0.99 most places.

No I'm in Denmark, but generally we follow the US prices. But that might be the explanation. We sometimes experience that the prices either are different or that the publisher haven't made it available for customers in Denmark.
I bought it though :) And I loved it.

Ahh, I see. Sorry about the confusion! Because of the geographic restrictions, it's hard for me to even see how the novella is priced on other Amazon sites, for example. It just shows as "not available in your geographic area".
