The Governess Game, book two in the “Girl Meets Duke” series, now has a book description and a release date! (August 28, 2018) The cover will be coming soon. It’s gorgeous, and I can’t wait to share it!

I know, August is far away. I wish I wrote faster, I really do. But the book is available for preorder on Amazon, and probably will be on other retailers soon, so if you preorder it now, you won’t have to remember in August.

The duchess deal is available now!

Hurrah! Today is the day I get to send Ash and Emma’s story out into the hands of readers.

Readers, they’re yours. Take good care of these two, if you will. I’ve grown quite fond of them. ❤️

If you are in the UK, Australia, or New Zealand and are having trouble finding or ordering the book, I apologize — please read my notes here.

July 17, 2017

It’s finally almost here! Release day for The Duchess Deal is just a month away. But you can start reading it now, if you like! The first chapter is posted here on my website. If that’s not enough for you, the first two chapters are available in a fantastic free sampler put together by Publishers Weekly. Book Buzz Romance 2017 has excerpts from other exciting upcoming romances, too. It’s available on Kindle, Nook, iBooks, and other e-book retailers. Did I mention it’s free?

If you are anywhere near Orlando, Florida on Saturday, July 29th, I dearly hope you’ll join me and about 400 other romance authors at the Romance Writers of America “Readers for Life” autographing at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort. The signing is from 3 to 5 pm, and it’s open to the public. Check out the list of participating authors here. All the books are donated by the publishers, so all net proceeds go to local and national literacy charities. Over the years, RWA signings have raised more than $1,000,000 for literacy! Come meet some of your favorite authors (Fingers crossed that I’m one of them!) and buy a few books to support a great cause.

Also, I was thrilled to learn yesterday that Do You Want to Start a Scandal is a finalist for the Romance Writers of America RITA award in the Historical Romance: Short category! What a great honor.

December 19, 2016

Over the past year, I’ve received many letters and questions from readers about the characters from When a Scot Ties the Knot — Maddie, Logan, Aunt Thea, and all of Logan’s men. It seems that many wanted to know that they all ended happily, and I did, too. So I wrote a bonus epilogue as a way to peek in on them a few years later. It got a bit long, so I decided to split it into three parts.

Read Part One
Part Two (Wednesday, December 21st)
Part Three (Friday, December 23rd)

If you’d like to get the installments (and other news about my books) in your inbox, make sure you’re signed up for my mailing list!

I hope you enjoy spending a bit more time at Lannair Castle. I wish you and yours the very happiest of holidays and a brilliant start to 2017!

As promised, here’s the first part of my bonus epilogue for WHEN A SCOT TIES THE KNOT! Parts 2 and 3 will follow on Wednesday and Friday, respectively. I’m glad that readers have kept asking about Maddie, Logan, and all the men – I had a lovely time visiting with them again, and I hope you’ll feel the same.
