Updates and stuff

I've just finished writing the first draft of my next Love Letters story. This time my characters have taken off on an exotic adventure. Well, kinda. They went to India. They always say you should write what you know. That book will be turned in to our fearless editor in the next couple weeks. Then we don't have another due until February, so I have some other projects I plan to wrap up.

The story I've been calling Mr. Fix It is officially out on submission. I'm hoping my editor falls in love with it. Wonderful and good with his hands boy next door meets klutzy but super cute girl. What's not to love?

In the meantime, I finally managed to put together a Coming Soon page. I'll make my best attempt to keep it up-to-date in the future. There is some seriously awesome stuff that I'm excited about in the next year. Can't wait to see where it all leads.

That said, on to some more exciting things. Literary Lagniappe officially opened this week. Lisa Fox and I are super excited about this project. We've got a lot of awesome authors already lined up to play with us in the coming months, so make sure you stay tuned.

I'm also planning a fun party on my blog to host a big giveaway for a bunch of stuff from India before I leave. Tentatively, it will be called the "Emily went to India and all I got was this stupid prize pack" contest. I might think of something better. Probably not though.
