Let Mother Nature help you get it up or make you juicy

Let Mother Nature help you get it up or make you juicy

Men want to get it up, and keep it up. Women want to get wet, and stay wet.  What to do when you're body isn't cooperating? Many make a visit to their doc and try out man made concoctions and pills. Yes, they may work, but at what cost? The side effects can be quite scary.

Others turn to food and herbs. Mother Nature supplies EVERYTHING we need to sustain, heal, and repair the damage we do directly or inadvertently to our bodies. I could go into herbal cheerleader mode here, but I'll stick to the subject: Natural foods that boost the libido (sex drive), make a peenie less weenie or a vajajay less dusty.

Some new trends appear to be holistic, but actually are NOT. Take Honey Sex. Encased in its gooey goodness is sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra. Not exactly holistic.

Here are some foods and herbs that are fairly easy to obtain. They have a long history of effectiveness. Most can be researched online as to safe dosage .They can be added to your daily diet. I recommend speaking with an herbal nutritionist, holistic practitioner, or other knowledgeable healers if you have a serious health issue which causes your sexual issue.

Personally, I worked closely with an herbal nutritionist and saw firsthand the amazing benefits of herbs and the right foods. Sometimes it takes trial and error to see what works best for each person. When a man I know discovered the combination of exercise, chocolate, eggs, and cinnamon (not good for some men): his sex life went through the roof. A close female friend added walking, chocolate, ginseng, and seafood to her diet. She claims she’s over wet! Something she never thought would be an issue.

On another note, many remedies increases blood flow to the groin, which leads to enhanced sexual performance. A great way to increase blood flow is by walking. Just 10 minutes of fast walking a day can get your blood pumping. Exercise is good for every part of your health, including sexual health.

Okay, here are some DO foods:

Bananas-Contain an enzyme, which is believed to increase libido and reverse impotence in men

Basil (especially for women)-Increases fertility and arousal, stimulates circulation, and generates a feeling of peace

Black Licorice-The scent of licorice is sexually arousing to women

Capsaicin- Found in spicy food, peppers, and chilies. They release chemicals which raise your heart rate and trigger endorphins that give you a natural high

Raw Celery (Men eat/for women’s libido)-It contains an odorless hormone released through male perspiration and turns women on

Chocolate (yay!)- It contains an alkaloid that is similar to caffeine. It contains phenyl ethylamine, a chemical believed to produce the feeling of "being in love."

Coffee-Studies show that the female sex drive perks up after a little coffee

Eggs-Help balance hormone levels and fight stress

Figs-High in amino acids, which can increase libido and improve sexual stamina

Garlic (capsule form is good to reduce odor issues) -It contains allicin, which increases blood flow to the sexual organs

Pure Maca (tea form is easy) Known to increase strength, energy, stamina, libido, and sexual function

Oysters-Increases dopamine levels to increase libido and sexual function

Saffron-Expensive but great for improving sexual performance

Foods high in Vitamin C -They increase sperm count

Watermelon-It has been indicated to increase libido due to amino acids

Have fun, eat well, and hump like bunnies!

Love & Warmth, May
