POED on The BOOKCAST

The Super Storm Sandy blew away my Free the Monsters promotion. With blackouts, flooding, wind swept shores, my ebook giveaway was a minor casualty of the devastating weather — nothing when compared to the huge losses suffered by many people up and down the East Coast of the U.S.

POED, the third in my Candy's Monsters ebook series, went live on Amazon a few minutes before the Con Edison transformer a few blocks from my home blew — plunging a big part of NYC into darkness for days.

A few people did manage to find their way to POED. It's a contemporary gothic, inspired by Poe's scariest stories and I think folks will enjoy it.
