If You Think Politicians' Comments on Rape Are Silly, Look at their Policies...

Readers comment on my column saying that we should be scandalized not only by politicians saying silly things about rape, but even more by the silly policies they put in place -- such as the failure to test rape kits collected from women who have been assaulted.
