Jacob Zuma's Scrapyard of Appointees

The Constitutional Court has severely criticized President Jacob Zuma's decision to appoint Menzi Simelane as the main State Proscecutor. Simelane appealed an earlier judgment by the Supreme Court of Appeal that found Zuma's decision to appoint him "irrational" and "unconstitutional".
