Darcia Helle I hope you had thousands of downloads, Julie! This book is brilliant and deserves to be read by the masses.

Julie Powell Aw, thanks, Darcia - there were 934 - it wouldn't be so bad if I could secure some great reviews - it's the only way I'll be recognised, I think.

I wish, I wish...:)

Darcia Helle Have you contacted any of the reviewers from the list on the BsB blog?

Reviews will likely be slow coming, because freebies get downloaded but not always read right away. But I have no doubt you'll get some great ones!

Julie Powell Thanks, Darcia. Gee, I'm dumb - because I'm a reviewer, I never thought of asking the others for me :/

Out of the 20 'asks' from BsBR, I've only managed to review 5 books so far, very time consuming. Of course I do take a break to read favourites - Maria's and yours and Dean Koontz and a couple of others.

The first 'freebie' I offered for Gone - quite some time ago now, didn't generate any reviews - nor the second...here's hoping.

I do think it's a worthwhile and unique story and (even though I say it myself) written well. I think all my books have something good to offer readers...just have to find more like you and Maria. Hey, what about cloning?...:)

I'm also writing three books - gee, headless chicken syndrome.

I do become a little 'down' sometimes when all my hard work seems to be for nothing, and yet I can't stop writing and I do believe I have talent (not like us English to brag :)) Need luck - think I've used all I've ever had on finding my lovely newbie hubby :)

I'll shut up now.
