Topless photographs of Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless were published in French magazine the Closer. An Italian magazine published by Silvio Berlusconi's group followed by re-printing those photos in a special 38 page edition. Buckingham Palace is furious. The British public is furious so much so that one newspaper asks  with tongue in cheek: Will Angry British Mobs Storm Embassies, Killing People? The Kate Middleton topless photos have certainly reignited the debate over how far the paparazzi can go in pursuit of the Royals. Britain's royals are now embarking on a legal battle to try to stop the spread of the topless photos.
