Heartfelt Admiration for Take One At Bedtime by Jenny Twist

A huge thank you to Elizabeth Spradbery for her beautiful review of Take One At Bedtime

“I feel there is not much I can add to the praise and superlatives of the above reviews but I would like to register my heartfelt admiration, and cast a big vote of confidence for Jenny Twist's wonderful book. At the end of the first short story ('What am I Going to do About Alice?') I thought: "I haven't read such an interesting and exciting first chapter for a long time". And then I realized that these were short stories and, like other reviewers, I wanted to know more about the characters and situations: each story, I feel, could be extended into a full novel. But that would perhaps spoil the unexpected and surprising twists of the plots.

I thoroughly enjoyed this absorbing collection, and I now greatly look forward to finishing 'Domingo's Angel' by the same author.

I can't recommend this book highly enough.”
