PRINCESS SULTANA has a question
For the past year I have been attempting to convince Princess Sultana to join the world wide web by posting, or having a FB page or tweeting. I believe that she would enjoy having this kind of contact with other women who are working on the same issues that have so affected her life. Although it is difficult for her to post when she is in the kingdom as there are government spies monitoring all Saudis, (even the royals) and most particularly Saudi women, she does spend a lot of time in Europe and in California, and during those jaunts she would be free to post.
At this time her eldest daughter sometimes responds on her mother’s behalf (with her mother’s permission) but I’m all for the Princess coming out of her shell, at least as much as possible, and having directly contact.
She wondered if anyone would be interested if she blogged or tweeted and I have assured her that they would.
What do you say? Would you be interested in following the tweets of Princess Sultana? If so, let me know and I’ll pass the word.

Hi Jean, I would love to hear more about, and especially from, this remarkable woman. Especially now as I am living in the middle east. I would also like to tell her how much I respect her stregnth to allow her story to be told.
Hi Jean, Princess Sultana has left an impact on so many people around the world. It's more than fitting that she starts using such an effective medium to reach more and more people.
For no other reason would I join Twitter
I have just copied and pasted these comments and am sending to Princess Sultana's daughter, who does not live in the Kingdom. So she can read these safely. I feel that most likely she will soon open a TWITTER account (her daughter thinks she should, too). But, I don't know about things like Goodreads or FB, etc. Perhaps if she starts to TWEET and sees that is safe, she will then move on to other things. Fingers & toes crossed! I am a real book worm and have read many, many books in my time but not many have had such an impact on me as your books about her have.
