Scorching heat and unbearable humidity, and what did I decide to do? Start my garden. Yup, I made that idiotic decision knowing the weather would wilt not only flowers but my energy. However, the temps did not sap my resolve. Digging the bed; filling the pots; lugging the dirt, rocks, water; laying the weed prevention cloth, and shoveling more dirt took me more than two weeks, but I have my reward.
