Mohammed Morsi of the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood was declared the winner in Egypt's Presidential election. Morsi has already begun forming a new government,. His diminished presidential authority under last week's 'constitutional addendum'raises questions about how much he'll be able to get done. It's a picture Egyptians thought they would never see: A member of the Muslim Brotherhood sitting as the president elect, with the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, the generals who actually run the country.
