Halloween Hijinks
It's October! Harvest time, my garden is harvested, and I am pleased with the results since it's my first one in about 20 years. I was even able to get a few cantaloups and several pie pumpkins. I didn't grow any carving pumpkins because I live out in the country and don't get trick or treaters. But enough about that. Brooke loves Halloween, what six-year-old doesn't? The businesses in the paranormal town of Mustang Valley go the extra mile to put up displays on Main Street. Brooke is loving the displays, especially the one in front of her adopted Great Aunt Jody's occult shop. Until someone starts messing with the displays. Someone is moving items from one display to another. What's weird is that it's happening during the day, on Main Street, the busiest street in town and nobody sees it happening. This is a mystery that Brooke is determined to solve. It has to be magic, right?
