For the briefest of moments, he thought about not putting his suit back on. He didn’t mind the suits, but right then the thought of being inside it made him think of being in stasis.

Shaking his head and promising to see a counselor when they docked, he put the suit on and activated it.

The HUD turned on and gave him its usual startup diagnostic, alerting him to the suit being at forty percent power.

More than enough.

He tested the comms and signaled he was ready.

Hopefully, it was just a leak and a quick fix. If not…
