Opening up this section on Goodreads again for today, Sept 2 (link). I'm unfortunately quite time-poor this week, so the aim is for me to jump online and answer as many of these questions as I can next Monday, Sept 8.

Hello James, I've loved the Licanius trilogy, and soon getting my hands on The Will of Many. I have a question regarding your worldbuilding inspirations - have you been influenced by any mythologies in particular? I am really curious, as a folklore enthusiast, and would love to know that :))
