"That Blue Atlantic Waltz" by Malachy Tallack (audiobook is kind of an imperative for this one.) Such a pleasurably rich reading experience. I also read Opened Ground: 1966-1996, poems by Seamus Heaney (400+ pgs.) This book required effort and wasn't what I would describe as "a pleasure," but I am so glad I read it and I have such an appreciation Heaney's drumbeat, or heartbeat--I'm not sure which it was. Incredible.

And there definitely are some books out there that aren't described as "delightful" to read, but are so important regardless!
Thanks for sharing those great books!
