Vamps with Bite
Today, I’m reintroducing you to four regularly appearing vampires in the Midnight Whispers series. They’re back in Midnight Wildes.
The first time you met Cesar in Midnight Loyalties, he acted the “driver/security guard” for Anthony. By Midnight Bites, he’s running the financial empire Anthony left. In Midnight Wildes, he’s expanding the business, ready to take a bite out of Vegas.
One of the Eldests of vampires (No need to name her here) sent Isabella to Austin to help Cesar. He didn’t want her help, but “Never argue with an Eldests” is his motto. She makes like a flighty dame, but don’t let her coyness fool you. She’ll rip your heart out if she doesn’t make you fall in love with her first.
Ramon: Man of mystery?
I met Ramon in the short story, “Tommy’s Problem.” Those events happened between the end of Midnight Bites and the beginning of Midnight Wildes. He surprised me with both his laid back style (just like his idol, Frank Sinatra), and his silence. When he speaks, he’s saying something.
Please don’t ask him why he cut his hair. He’s still a bit touchy about it.
