Doctrine Would Change if Women Were Equal

If women at church were equal to men, what doctrines would we have about birth? (I didn’t realize how little there was in the scriptures.) What might be taught at church about abortion? Or Heavenly Mother? What would it be like to have scriptures written by, for, and about women? The way we teach the law of chastity would definitely change. What else?
