Moraes orders PGR to comment on new measure

Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), ordered the Public Prosecutor’s Office (PGR) to comment on the request to develop the system submitted by former MP Daniel Silveira.

The decision, signed on September 30, came after the Secretariat of the Rio de Janeiro Prison Service (Seap) sent reports in favor of Silveira’s request. Sepp also sent Moraes a set of questions.
