Dear Honorable Attorney General,
YouTube states on its website that the company and social media platform mission is to “give EVERYONE a voice and show them the world.” YouTube states they “believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share and build community through our stories.”
However, in practice YouTube vi0lated its mission and net neutrality agreement with content creators by disabling my channel YouTube.com/@GreatAwakening which had over 3,100 videos and more than 900 subscribers.
Thus, YouTube is continually committing ANTI-TRUST VIOLATIONS and WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION by arbitrarily picking and promoting its favorite channels and content creators to generate ad revenue in violation of the FIRST AMENDMENT of the US CONSTITUTION thereby hindering FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
Whenever I emailed, phoned, or corresponded with YouTube NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR SUPPORT was ever provided to me, only repeated emphasis on buying Adwords.
Google AdWords gave me a case # 0-4154000027706, along with the following numbers below to identify my case via its email(s) coming from ads-support@Google.com

YouTube never once told me what violation I committed to warrant shutting down my account and channel, neither did YouTube ever once contact me and permit me an opportunity to modify my channel, remove a problematic or questionable video, playlist, or correct anything they found to be distasteful with my channel. I contact YouTube many times by phone and email, but they never replied to give me such opportunity.
In fact, as a licensed school teacher in the states of Florida AND California, I actually taught at Parkside Middle School in San Bruno, California (less than one mile from YouTube headquarters). When I drove to the YouTube headquarters and asked to speak to the content moderation team to ask them what infraction I committed and why my channel was disabled and how it could be restored, the security at the YouTube headquarters forbid me from entering the building.
My videos are primarily about education, health, wellness, world travel and spirituality (as I am an educator, wellness trainer, Christian minister and world traveler). I repeatedly informed YouTube and permitted them to remove any single video they disliked and asked them to maintain my channel to allow me to continue to provide content to my more than 900 subscribers, but YouTube ignored me continually and discriminated against me entirely while doing nothing whatsoever to restore my channel.
Upon speaking to attorney Peter Obstler (pobstler@bgrfirm.com) on a Saturday phone call for 45 minutes, who does not represent me (given he requires a $50,000 retainer upfront before providing legal representation - my entire one year salary as a poorly paid Florida educator), Peter provided me some insightful information about YouTube. Mr. Obstler told me he has an ongoing class action lawsuit against YouTube that has lasted years and beyond for YouTube indiscriminately and discriminatorily violating its NET NETRALITY AGREEMENT with content creators who YouTube have shut down and disabled accounts for (similar and dissimilar to mine), accounts ranging from people within the Christian conservative community, a Christian university and channels from people within the LGBTQ community. Thus from Democrats to Republicans, YouTube has been disabling channels like my own to CENSOR and SILENCE people on its platform, while simultaneoulsy purporting to be “giving everyone a voice” on its social media platform.
Today, my channel appears to be taken by someone else, although there is no photo, nor any videos thereon. Thus, YouTube not only disabled my channel with 3,100+ videos and more than 900 subscribers, but it now has given my channel name to someone else.
As a worldwide inspirational speaker, international educator, and Christian minister I generate a large amount of revenue from speaking, training and consulting worldwide when people see my VIDEOS online at YouTube and invite me to speak.
I have spoken for the U.S. Military, Companies, Cruise Lines, Schools, Colleges, Universities and Churches throughout the world, having touched 90 nations. I have lived in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Beyond being a licensed educator in the states of California and Florida, I have earned 4 Master degrees with honors from reputable universities in the United States.
The honorable attorney generals of all 50 states across our great country need to take CENSORSHIP seriously, as FREEDOM OF SPEECH is the core foundation of FREEDOM without which citizens lose their right and ability to be heard. I respectfully therefore urge and kindly request your assistance, intervention and a thorough investigation of YouTube and its DISABLING OF CHANNELS without providing me and other content creators opportunity to correct any alleged wrongdoing.
On Facebook, I am given a warning and opportunity to correct anything the website social media platform does not like. For example, recently on my www.Facebook.com/speakers4inspiration social media page, when I completed training with the New York State Education Department for sexual harassment prevention, violence prevention, bullying prevention, and cyber bullying prevention; I thereafter made videos on the topics.
A few times Facebook bots flagged my videos as inappropriate. I appealed the decision and emailed Facebook directly via its website and mentioned my videos in fact are about PREVENTION and attempt to educate students, educators, professionals and society how to PREVENT such undesirable behavior. However, bots do not always understand content and instead merely flag identifiable words that are unwanted by the social media platform.
YouTube therefore needs to be more thoughtful and engaged in moderating its platform and alleged violations to communicate with content creators before allowing them to create content for more than 20 years diligently as I did (including travel videos with my daughter from ages 2 to 5) and then suddenly delete all my heartfelt content without a warning and opportunity to correct anything YouTube found problematic.
A fair, ethical and moral society where FREE SPEECH is upheld and permitted by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution cannot be ignored, discarded and overthrown just because YouTube wants to pick and promote its favorites to earn more AD REVENUE. I suspect because my channel rarely used Google Adwords and did not participate in allowing YouTube and Google to place ads on my content, for this reason YouTube disabled my channel (as this is a company highly focused on profit over quality content).
Yet, were I alerted to this AD sharing partner program requirement (although it is written nowhere on the YouTube site); if I was required to participate in allowing ADS on my videos in order to keep my channel YouTube.com/@GreatAwakening on and visible (not disabled); I would agree to do so.
In fact, I recently completed a YouTube Marketing course online with HubSpot Academy, in which I learned, “as of 2020, YouTube decided to run ads on channels not part of the partner program which included small channels not yet eligible for ads as well as larger channels who chose NOT to turn ads on. Now we no longer have a choice to prevent ads from appearing.” (HubSpot Academy)
“Therefore it is best to OPT IN to the MONETIZATION part of the partner program to potentially earn revenue from ads on your channel and retain more control over the type of ads on your channel.” (HubSpot) This being said and YouTube’s current business practice, I am more than wiling to OPT IN to allow YouTube to monetize my channel GREATAWAKENING if they will turn my channel back on and restore my 3,100+ videos to access and serve my more than 900+ subscribers on its video platform.
In fact, I am very confident my YouTube channel will quickly have more than 10,000 subscribers, because YouTube’s competitor Tiktok has proven to be a great social media platform for me. I have 720 subscribers (followers) on www.Tiktok.com/@RevivalForTheNations and 260 subscribers (followers) on www.Tiktok.com/@SupernaturalFire. I have 5,600 followers on www.Facebook.com/Speakers4inspiration and 15,566 followers on www.Linkedin.com/in/inspirational-spe....
Therefore if YouTube’s unspoken goal behind locked, closed, concealed corporate headquarter doors is PROFIT from its VIDEOS; than I am willing to participate. I learned from HubSpot Academy the channels performing best on YouTube are those that EDUCATE, INFORM and SOLVE PROBLEMS. I do all of the above and it is advantageous and in YouTube’s best interest to work with me.
