The Reason to Be Kind

When I was struck by the extreme kindness of a manager at his place of business along with the kindness of the assistant manager whom I had met on my previous visit and told the manager how thankful I was for his kindness, he had an interesting – and unexpected – response.

He told me the result of the kindness would be more people coming into the business and more money made.
