Do you get angry with your child for JUMPING and RUNNING and CLIMBING?

Stop now!!

Your child is trying to GROW THEIR BRAIN by doing all this

Here are 4 reasons why your child JUMPs RUNs and CLIMBs -

1. Your child needs to climb, jump and run to COORDINATE their brain and body
When children climb and jump and run, they train their Right Brain and Left Brain to work together.
This is essential for reading, writing and everything else.

2. Your child needs to climb, jump and run to learn how to FOCUS
When your child is climbing or jumping or even running – they need to keep their mind on what they are doing. If they don’t, they will fall.
This practice of keeping the mind on one task builds your child’s focus.
Focus is required for everything your child does in life.

3. Your child needs to climb, jump and run to build BALANCE
When your child climbs jumps and runs it builds their core strength.
Core strength is essential for balance.
Balance is essential for reading, writing and all other activities.

4. Your child needs to climb, jump and run to regulate their emotions
When your child moves - their stress hormones decrease and their happy hormones increase.
This helps your child to regulate emotionally.
Emotional regulation is essential for learning because it helps your child to listen calmly and understand.

Your child is trying to build their brain.
Do not scold or punish them for it.
