Do It With Kindness

You may have to tell someone something difficult. You may need to confront someone. You may be called by God to help bring correction into someone’s life. You may be led by the Lord Jesus Christ to help someone grow. You may need to fire someone from a job. Or break off a relationship with someone. Or leave a church congregation. Or tell someone what the person has done is wrong. Or reject someone’s request for help with something. Or a zillion other things.
