Don’t Be Insensitive

I really wanted to show something to a man I know that I felt would help and inspire him. But the man explained to me he did not want to see it because he felt it would make him sad. I felt so strongly that I pushed forward anyway to show it to him. Almost immediately the man was overwhelmed and emotional and put his hand up in the air toward me as if to say NO!
