Afraid to Leave?

Sometimes despite being clear God wants us to leave a situation, a job, a relationship, a commitment, a volunteer job, a calling, a geographical location, a house, a roommate situation, certain circumstances, etc., we are afraid to leave.

In our fear we refuse to leave. So we stay. We keep abiding wherever we are. With whomever. In whatever it is. Holding on. Hanging on. Clinging. Cleaving. Even holding on for dear life to whatever or whomever it is for fear of leaving.
