Soviet posters are like irl loading screen tips
They really were. Lots of them gave medical and hygienic advice, many others suggested fun athletic or craft hobbies you could pick up. My favorite one, though, is this one about libraries:
Translation: What interests you most of all? The library has many books on the topics that interest you.
