Would Jesus Do That

I was thinking about taking a big action concerning someone who had hurt me terribly for decades that I felt would bring me much relief and satisfaction and greatly improve my well-being and future.

Then Jesus interrupted my thoughts.

“Would I ever do that?” I heard the Spirit of Christ speak to my heart.

Would the Lord Jesus Christ make decisions based on self? No.

Jesus in His time on this earth humbled Himself.

Jesus prayed to the Father in heaven.
