God the Creator

This world is spinning out of control in exact proportion to our rejection of God as the Creator. It’s vital for us to know God as Creator as it establishes His authority, and for us to see ourselves as created by Him in His image. Doing so helps us face the cruelties of the world and those who mistreat us or discount us (even parents, as one story in this sermon recounts). Finally, worshipping God as Creator also directs the way we treat others.
