Clearly you're new to my work, and it may never be for you, but when I write about "opening our hearts of compassion," that's not intended to work like an open fire hydrant, incessantly gushing.
Instead, selectively, when it seems appropriate, a person can find something like a small inner faucet (as it were, this analogy set is new, in your honor, Liam). We can turn on a trickle of human-kindness, stopping when we've had plenty for now.
We can, on occasion, make a small spiritual choice to feel a bit of compassion for another person..
I do believe in that, yes.
And yes, possibly you may have missed the point of what I wrote, Liam, but thank you for having read as much of this detailed, nuanced article as you saw fit. Maybe some day you will read the whole thing and it will be meaningful for you.

Perhaps we can have a comment conversation directly, some time. I'd like that.

Especially interesting to me and despite my awareness that he has been a lifelong member of the royal family, surprising to me, was his inability to respect others!
One thing I can admire is all that scar tissue you found in the Solar Plexus Chakra Databank for Connection between Mind and Heart. Now here’s something I can have compassion for!!

I did sense I was picking up a ongoing conversation or thread and, that is often a problem with bits our attention is drawn to on Goodreads and other social media so I tried to be respectful despite my feelings regarding Prince Harry - I will try and read more of your Solar Plexus Chakra Databank for Connection between Mind and Heart so that I can respond, or at least understand, fully to what you are saying.
Thank you for being so nice about my comment!

Aside from whether or not I like this choice or that choice of Prince Harry's, my eyes do widen at the life he has lived. Definitely compassion... up to a point, as you put well with your faucet vs fire hydrant analogy!
