I Hate New Year’s Resolutions!

I hate New Year’s resolutions because I believe we set high expectations, set ourselves up for disappointment and even possible failure, because we put pressure on ourselves, because we tend to forget them or give up on them not long after we make them, because I believe many of us leave God out of them, and most of all for this single reason.
