Concerning people, you may be literally incredibly alone. Or you may not be alone in the least. You may have nobody around you. Or you may be in an enormous crowd. But regardless your circumstances, maybe you feel terribly, awfully, painfully, devastatingly, scarily, grievously, sorrowfully alone.
