All hail half-champion Ami

Maybe it is time after all to take the balding version of Aminishiki more seriously? In just four days he has managed to outwit Hakuho and upend Baruto - the two tournament favorites. He lost his other two matches, but so what? He's fighting all the toughest guys and he's got an even record. Hmm - shades of Akinoshima perhaps?

Aki who? I think older fans may remember this vertically-challenged powerhouse who beat all the best but cocked up against all others. Against 260-kilogram Konishiki? Just calmly beat him by force out who throw him down so hard his stomach ripples like a water mattress. Against Kirishima - no problem. Just grab his knee, snap it in two, scare him for life, win every match. Against Chiyonofuji - I might lose the first one but I'll humiliate him with the power of youth after that. Against Nonentity Kasugafuji? My absolute nemesis. Can't lay a glove on him - dances like a waddling butterfly, stings like an overweight bee. Is he Aminishiki's role model?

Oh - work calls. More later!
