Bill, an experienced cruise ship chef, once had his hands full with the prep, 
when a portly guest came sauntering in, which was neither unusual nor the done thing, 
and asked him, What are those? To which Bill replied, Escargot. 
The guest, he put one in his mouth then gave a most disapproving look.
