They’re so similar in so many ways…

They both have a deep appreciation for food and/or drink:

2. They both love good clothes and wear accessories they don’t even need (glasses for the aesthetic, etc)

3. They both love the best things that humans have created: books, cars, music, dancing, etc.

4. They both love creation: Aziraphale loves people, protects and helps them, is excellent at forgiveness and compassion (which none of the other angels demonstrably are). He loves beauty and sees it in everything.

Crowley loves plants and animals, and would never admit it, but is vastly kinder about people than any other demon ever would be.

5. They’re both unique in terms of having a sense of humour and imagination, unlike other angels and demons.

6. They both understand (now, at least) moral nuance. They’re so much more complex than their peers on either side. They have an active delight in the world, that holds true for Crowley both before and after his fall.

They were meant for each other. I rest my case.
