Desire Is NOT Enough!

“Your DESIRE to please me is not enough,” the Holy Spirit of God spoke to my heart.

Doesn’t it seem that it would be enough to WANT to please God?

“You need to obey,” the Holy Spirit continued. Then He went on to tell me what He specifically wanted me to do in obedience to Him.

May seem that to us humans self-centered by nature that it is enough to DESIRE to please the Lord Jesus Christ, but oh this is not the case!

DESIRE is simply WANTING. But pleasing God needs to come with ACTION.
