We are coming into the full splendor of Autumn now. I’ve been so busy that I had to go offline for a couple of days. It is a great time to take an account of what I’ve learned.

I had hoped that my new book would be out for Halloween, but illness kept me from finishing the look-through at my editor’s edits, so now it’s going to be out before Christmas. I’m grateful that I’m still alive. It’s always good to find out that I don’t have cancer in another part of my body. Resting is vital to getting well. Sometimes you have to give in to rest. My body was spontaneously falling asleep which hasn’t happened since chemotherapy back in 2019. So far, knock on wood, I have been cancer-free for 4 and a half years. I’m grateful for my friends and family.
