Further Note for the Extremely Impatient

It looks as if the first chapter of Cahokia Jazz is now being bundled with the Kindle editions of both Golden Hill and Light Perpetual. The British Kindle editions, anyway.

Nearer publication (5 October) I'm hoping to be able to post Chapter 1 here as well.
